Your name, firm, email address, telephone number and anything you tell us about the business in a form. We use it to respond to your enquiry and, if you go on to join the programme, to run it.
The valuation and readiness tools calculate in your browser, and the figures and answers you enter stay on your device. If you tell us your results in a form or on a call, we hold them with your enquiry.
Legitimate interests, which here means responding to a business enquiry you made of us, and, where you tick the consent box, your consent to us contacting you about the programme. You can withdraw that consent at any time by replying to any message or emailing steven.bates@eandgfs.com.
Equity & General staff working on the programme, and our hosting and email providers acting on our instructions as processors. We do not sell data, and we do not pass your enquiry to any other adviser, network or consolidator.
Enquiries that do not lead to an arrangement are deleted within 24 months. Where an arrangement follows, records are kept for the periods our regulatory obligations require.
This site sets no advertising or tracking cookies.
